•Photos you upload for transformation

•Transformation prompts and preferences

•Payment information (processed by Apple)

•Device information (model, OS version)

•App usage statistics

•Crash reports and performance data

•IP address (for security purposes)

3. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Our App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the App or provide any information.

If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe we have information from or about a child under 13, please contact us.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

•Provide and improve our photo transformation services

•Process your photos through our AI technology

•Manage your account and credits

•Process payments and prevent fraud

•Communicate with you about the App

•Ensure security and prevent abuse

•Comply with legal obligations

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your photos and data are stored securely using industry-standard practices:

•Photos are stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 with encryption

•Access to stored data is strictly controlled

•We use secure HTTPS connections for all data transfers

•Regular security audits are conducted

While we implement strong security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services:

•Account information is kept while your account is active

•Photos in your gallery are stored until you delete them

•Temporary processing data is deleted after transformation

•Deleted photos are permanently removed within 30 days

Your Rights

You have the right to:

•Access your personal information

•Correct inaccurate information

•Delete your account and all associated data

•Request a copy of your data

•Withdraw consent at any time

The App does not use cookies. We may use analytics services to understand App usage patterns, but this data is aggregated and anonymized.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the App, you consent to these transfers.
